Small business service additional terms
  • Transaction price under £100,000
  • No more than 10 employees
  • No business pension scheme applicable 
  • Fixed fees are based on the routine work necessary to complete your case. If your case proves more complicated or you request advice or work above routine work we reserve the right to review our fee with you.
Fee does not include:

1.     Transfer or advice on transfer of intellectual property rights
2.     Licensing work (£250.00 surcharge)
3.     Business sale or purchase only: price reflects standard employment advice. A fixed price will be quoted to you if more complex advice is needed.
4.     Accounts and tax advice: you should consult an accountant to deal with essential matters such as understanding the accounts, registering for VAT, apportionment of the price of the transaction for tax purposes.
5.     Valuation advice: you should appoint a surveyor to advise on the condition and repair of business premises, the level of rent and rent in future years.
